Financial & Accounting Analyst
The candidate shall be responsible for checking and reviewing
accounting reports, prepare company's financial statements, analyze
financial information used in making company's financial decisions,
take off trial balance and verify correctness of the different
expenditure journal and their proof with the control accounts, year
end account closures. Prepare various scheduling reports. Compile
and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts,
such as general ledger accounts documenting business transactions.
Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and
capital. Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements and other
reports. Summarize current and projected company financial position,
using computers. Audit contracts, orders and vouchers. Prepare
reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
Create and maintain relational database for all accounting and
financial records using Oracle and Oracle Financial. Assist Business
systems analyst in designing databases and data warehouse. Prepare
Reports using Crystal Reports and Business Objects.
Qualifications:
BS/BBA in Accounting OR equivalent combination of at least 3
years of college level education and 3 years of similar experience.
Additionally six (6) years of progressive experience in
accounting/finance is required. Alternatively MBA (Accounting) with
four (4) years of accounting/finance experience.
